Operations - Summer Intern

About the role#

This internship works closely with the Operations team to support day-to-day business activities, with a primary focus on data entry and record maintenance. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn about business operations and gain practical experience within an insurtech company.

What you'll do#

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging discrepancies as needed.
• Assist the Operations team with organizing, cleaning, and structuring data sets.
• Support routine administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify information while maintaining confidentiality.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate.
• Coursework or interest in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
