Leasing Intern

About the role#

Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Intern to gain hands-on experience in residential leasing, community management, and digital marketing. This paid internship provides exposure to the full lifecycle of apartment leasing and resident relations while working alongside experienced professionals.

What you'll do#

• Leasing and Sales: Guide prospective residents through the application and approval process, conduct property tours, respond to leasing inquiries, maintain lead records, and support occupancy goals.
• Social Media and Marketing: Create content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Photograph units and amenities, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with email campaigns and digital flyers.
• Resident Events: Plan and host community events, coordinate logistics, gather resident feedback, and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Operations: Support move-in and move-out processes to ensure a seamless resident experience.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing, personable approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping people find their homes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus.
• Ability to be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends as needed.
