2027 Fulltime Deal Team Analyst

About the role#

As a Deal Team Analyst, you will work on teams led by a Managing Director or Principal to evaluate prospective investment opportunities and monitor existing portfolio investments. You will interact with all members of the firm while reporting to an Associate or Senior Associate. This role involves extensive training and mentorship to support your development during your first year.

What you'll do#

• Support deal teams through due diligence, financial modeling, data analysis, and industry research.
• Prepare materials for and participate in Investment Committee meetings.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and evaluate potential add-on acquisitions.
• Assist senior investment professionals in developing investment strategies for new sub-sectors.

What you'll need#

• Outstanding academic credentials with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with strong quantitative focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Deep analytical capabilities combined with excellent writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities while maintaining focus.
• A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
