Sales Development Representative Internship

About the role#

The Sales Development Representative Internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the sales processes and solutions at RJ Young. This role is designed for students seeking to build a foundation in B2B selling by working directly alongside Account Executives and Sales Management to prospect, research, and present to clients.

What you'll do#

• Conduct marketing and proactive outreach activities.
• Perform client and product research to support sales efforts.
• Participate in face-to-face selling and presentations alongside partnered Account Executives.
• Provide general administrative support within the office.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong desire to learn and absorb knowledge regarding products, services, prospecting, and sales strategies.
• An interest in gaining practical experience in B2B selling.
• Ability to assist Account Executives in market penetration.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
