Accounting Intern

About the role#

Ritter Communications is offering a paid internship for students pursuing a career in Accounting or Finance. This 12–20 week program provides hands-on experience within a corporate accounting environment, allowing interns to work alongside professionals on real-time projects and daily operations.

What you'll do#

• Support month-end close activities and prepare journal entries.
• Manage daily cash postings and perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Assist with invoice coding, revenue tracking, and cost of sales analysis.
• Research and analyze financial data.
• Gain exposure to general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and sales tax compliance.

What you'll need#

• Completion of at least 60 hours of college credit toward an Accounting or Finance degree.
• A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 is preferred.
• High level of motivation and eagerness to learn.

Location & details#

• Locations: Little Rock, Arkansas or Jonesboro, Arkansas.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Term: 12–20 weeks.
