About the role#

This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Working alongside Project Managers and Cost Estimators, you will support the development of project goals, work plans, and implementation strategies to meet client needs. This is an on-site role that requires a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the development of project goals, timelines, and work plans.
• Participate in the revision of project components.
• Identify key stakeholders and decision-making issues, while developing strategies to foster community awareness and support.
• Coordinate with program committees and advisory groups.
• Measure, evaluate, and communicate project performance.
• Identify opportunities within a project to add value and achieve desired client outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall project success.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a 4-year college program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Construction Management.
• At least 2 years of experience gained through educational or professional activities.
• Ability to identify project opportunities that add value and meet client objectives.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
