The Business Development Intern will support the Marketing and Sales teams in generating new business opportunities. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and maintaining accurate data within the CRM. This is a paid, on-site internship based in Jacksonville, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Support sales revenue goals by executing demand generation campaigns.
- Research and identify potential customers by analyzing target industries and key decision-makers.
- Initiate outreach to prospective customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor prospect engagement and assist in moving leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach efforts with active campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a degree program as a Junior or Senior in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and phone skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.

- Location: Jacksonville, Florida (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17, 2026 – December 11, 2026).
- Hours: 20-25 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
