Hospitality Game Day Intern

About the role#

The Hospitality Game Day Intern will support game day operations at Nippert Stadium for the University of Cincinnati football program. This role is focused on delivering high-quality fan experiences within field-level suites and tailgates. Interns act as representatives of the REVELxp brand and work closely with management to ensure professional service and operational efficiency.

What you'll do#

• Greet guests warmly and provide information regarding amenities and suite packages.
• Ensure the professional presentation of tailgates and suites by setting up furniture, equipment, and performing quality control checks.
• Act as a Personal Suite Attendant by checking in guests, restocking supplies, and assisting with guest needs throughout the event.
• Assist the Event Manager and General Manager with operational tasks, including tracking attendance and maintaining the game day timeline.
• Close the site in an organized manner, including equipment breakdown and securing inventory.

What you'll need#

• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Psychology.
• Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.

• Compensation: Paid internship.
• Commitment: Must be available to work all home games (10–12 hour shifts per game day).
