    About the role#

    The Crossings Community Internship is a full-time, paid summer opportunity for students interested in pursuing a support-based ministry career. This role focuses on community-based service and requires participation in a structured assessment and training process.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete a detailed questionnaire to provide employment information.
    • Participate in a ministry assessment to evaluate fit for community-focused work.
    • Engage with local supervisors during the application review and interview process.
    • Attend support-raising training upon acceptance.
    • Embark on a support-based ministry journey.

    What you'll need#

    • Interest in pursuing a support-based ministry career.
    • Dedication to serving in a community context.
    • Ability to complete various assessments related to ministry work.
    • Willingness to engage in support-raising training.
    • Strong communication skills for potential interviews with local supervisors.
    • Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Public Health, or Sociology.

    About Reliant Mission

    Reliant Mission is an Orlando-based nonprofit organization established in 1989 that provides administrative and fundraising infrastructure for religious groups. The company employs between 501 and 1,000 staff members to assist with missionary support, church planting, campus ministries, and deputized fundraising. These services allow religious ministries to focus on their primary goals by outsourcing back-office operations and financial development tasks.
