About the role#

The Film Booking Assistant Intern supports the accuracy and consistency of film-related data across internal systems. This role is essential for providing downstream teams with reliable information for daily operations. You will work behind the scenes to organize studio communications, validate data, and maintain clean records in Vista.

What you'll do#

• Collect, consolidate, and organize film-related data from multiple sources.
• Enter and maintain accurate film codes and information in Vista.
• Validate data for accuracy and consistency before entry.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies as they arise.
• Follow established workflows while supporting process improvements.

What you'll need#

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Comfort working with data from multiple sources.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using technical systems and structured data.
• Ability to work behind the scenes to support cross-functional teams.
