About the role#
Get MXD is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the execution of digital marketing and community initiatives. This role focuses on audience behavior and brand growth, working closely with the marketing team to manage social channels, email marketing, and customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and analyze performance across social platforms, including tracking engagement and audience growth.
- Support community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to messages, and fostering a positive brand presence.
- Assist with content creation, including contributing ideas and providing support on set during content shoots.
- Manage and maintain branded content channels and playlists.
- Research and identify online communities and digital spaces that align with brand growth goals.
- Develop copy for marketing, automation, and retention emails.
- Monitor inbound contact emails for support, questions, and sales inquiries.
- Publish and optimize short-form video content to support discovery.
- Assist with customer re-engagement initiatives and general marketing campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in marketing, digital culture, and community-led brands.
- Familiarity with major social platforms and current short-form content trends.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized approach to tasks.
- Interest in wellness, performance, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026 (May 26th – August 14th).
- Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week.
- Compensation: $10 per hour.
- Eligibility: Open to students in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.
