About the role#
The Corporate Intern provides administrative and clerical support across various business functions at RDR, Inc. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting the accounting and management teams with daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information to callers regarding company resources and guide applicants through the application process.
- Greet visitors and manage the issuance of visitor badges.
- Perform data entry, research, and record maintenance.
- Complete additional clerical tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Accounting.
