About the role#
The 2026 Fall Associate position within the Independent Contractor Division (ICD) is a temporary, paid opportunity designed for students to gain hands-on experience in wealth management operations and strategic planning. You will support division leadership by gathering and synthesizing advisor data to inform business growth and service strategies. This role involves working on cross-functional projects that aim to improve the overall advisor experience and operational effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Research, compile, and analyze advisor business, growth, and engagement data to develop Advisor Profiles.
- Assist leadership in identifying trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings to division leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Conduct data analysis to support business reviews and special initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current Freshman or Sophomore standing (expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029).
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Foundational knowledge of business analytics, research methods, and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
