About the role#

Ralliant is seeking an Engineering Cooperative Education Student for the Fall 2026 term. This role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing and product development, allowing students to work alongside experienced professionals on real-world engineering and business challenges.

What you'll do#

• Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence.
• Assist with new product development, design, testing, and validation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and product sustainment projects.
• Analyze manufacturing, operational, and engineering data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving product quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and business leadership.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
