Fall 2026 Internship - Outlet Design

About the role#

Rag & Bone is seeking a Fall 2026 Design Intern to support the Outlet Design team across Men's and Women's product categories, including knitwear, wovens, and denim. This role provides hands-on experience throughout the product development process, from initial concept through execution, while working alongside the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do#

• Attend design meetings, fittings, and denim wash reviews, documenting key decisions and taking detailed notes.
• Assist the Senior Designer by updating technical sketches and design flats in Adobe Illustrator.
• Create and update CADs, colorways, and denim flats.
• Prepare materials for seasonal meetings and design reviews.
• Maintain an organized design workspace, sample library, and seasonal archives.
• Update Miro boards and physical design boards to ensure information remains current.
• Assist with the organization of fabrics, trims, and inspiration materials throughout the season.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited Fashion Design or Fashion Product Management program with eligibility to receive college credit.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Miro is considered a plus.

• Location: New York, NY (Meatpacking district).
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Modality: On-site (minimum of 2 days per week).
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship for college credit only.
