Human Resources Intern

About the role#

Radiance Technologies is seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern for the Fall 2026 semester in Huntsville, Alabama. This role provides an opportunity to gain industry experience within a defense and space manufacturing environment while supporting core HR functions.

What you'll do#

• Migrate employee electronic records into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Organize and maintain the HR file room, including inventorying, archiving, and securely disposing of records.
• Support HR administrative projects, process improvement initiatives, and benefit administration tasks.
• Track and monitor data to provide necessary reports.
• Assist in tracking workforce training and development.
• Participate in exit interviews and process termination paperwork.
• Communicate with employees to support positive employee relations.

What you'll need#

• Senior standing in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• A current 3.5 GPA (must be listed on your resume).
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively across multiple groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct work in a professional, ethical manner.
