Internal IT- Intern

About the role#

As an IT Intern, you will be an integral part of the team that maintains the health and integrity of internal information systems. You will work closely with senior IT staff to manage user access, support internal tools, and respond to employee requests, gaining hands-on experience in a team-driven environment.

What you'll do#

• Process and manage user access requests.
• Monitor dashboards to track, prioritize, and follow up on open issues and requests.
• Collaborate with employees to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
• Support project management tools including Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Jira.
• Provide laptop setup and support for internal staff.

What you'll need#

• Familiarity with Windows environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• A collaborative mindset.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.

• This is a full-time, paid, remote position based in the United States.
