HR & Talent Intern

About the role#

Pure Power Engineering is seeking an HR & Talent Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role provides hands-on experience in human resources, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will work alongside HR professionals to support the employee lifecycle and contribute to projects within the renewable energy services industry.

What you'll do#

• Maintain employee records and files with a high level of confidentiality.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation and employment paperwork.
• Support employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Help coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
