The Commercial Intern role is part of the GO Internship Program, a full-time initiative lasting between 6 and 18 months. Based in Miami, this position supports the Commercial Manager for the South Americas region. You will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to oversee operations across 15 Latin American countries, ensuring alignment between global, regional, and local stakeholders to meet annual goals.
What you'll do#
- Support commercial and management teams in defining strategy and annual goals by country and distributor.
- Act as a liaison to follow up on negotiated targets, planned activities, and agreements.
- Maintain constant communication with distributors to provide guidance and gather information.
- Participate in key account strategic planning, including the development of customized business plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose actions to expand sales and turnover.
- Monitor compliance with trade agreements.
- Analyze key account performance using internal tools and prepare regular reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as requested by management.
What you'll need#
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent command of both Spanish and English.
- Strong ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong customer experience orientation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities, and derive conclusions from numerical data.
- Strong organizational, time management, and priority-setting skills.
