Member Services Intern

About the role#

The Member Services Intern will act as a project manager to support contact center transformation initiatives. You will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and track deliverables to drive operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with a business leader to execute specific project plans, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership at the end of the summer.

What you'll do#

• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure the smooth execution of transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to align expectations and drive progress.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, PowerPoint presentations, and project reports to track improvements and standardize workflows.
• Gather and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure meetings and updates are completed in a timely manner.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a preference for graduate students.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including the ability to work with large datasets and pivot tables.
• An organized and methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with and present to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptive, inquisitive, and a natural problem solver.
• Ability to work independently with clear initial guidance while leveraging cross-functional resources.

• Location: New York, New York.
• Term: Summer 2026 (beginning June 2, 2026).
• Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office requirement on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
• Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
• Majors: Business Administration, Data Science, or Communications.
