PP&Co is seeking a motivated Tax Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This full-time, paid position offers hands-on experience in tax preparation, compliance, and planning. You will work directly with tax professionals to support client projects and gain exposure to real-world accounting scenarios.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation of 1040 and 1041 tax returns and associated supporting documentation.
- Conduct research on tax regulations and apply findings to specific client situations.
- Support the tax team with various projects and administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

- Locations: San Jose, CA or Santa Cruz, CA.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January – April).
- Compensation: $33/hr.
