HR Intern

About the role#

This HR Intern position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resource operations within the autonomous mobility industry. You will work closely with recruiting partners to support the growth of engineering teams and assist in day-to-day HR functions.

What you'll do#

• Learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, ranging from sourcing strategies to offer processes.
• Screen inbound resumes and evaluate candidates to determine role fit.
• Schedule phone screenings and interviews for both virtual and onsite settings.
• Collaborate with recruiting partners to build a pipeline of engineering talent.
• Partner with the team to analyze job descriptions and define hiring requirements.
• Source qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Assist with general human resource operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly.
• A resourceful and results-oriented mindset with the initiative to take on new projects.
