CULINARY INTERN

About the role#

The Culinary Intern position offers an opportunity to gain experience at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. This role involves a culinary rotation where you will contribute to 5 Diamond Certified Service standards. Interns receive company-provided training and certifications.

What you'll do#

• Provide service and hospitality to guests and members.
• Participate in a culinary rotation across various kitchen operations.
• Engage in 5-diamond training and certification programs.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a hospitality degree program.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in luxury club food and beverage management is preferred.
• Majors considered include Business Administration, Chemistry, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Nursing, or Public Health.
