Point C is seeking an Account Management AI Intern to join the team for the summer of 2026. You will work directly with Account Managers to support broker and client relationships, prepare professional deliverables, and ensure clients are well-represented. This position offers real ownership and direct client exposure within a national third-party administrator environment.
What you'll do#
- Support Account Managers in day-to-day client and broker relationship management.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, identify industry trends, and create more efficient internal processes.
- Prepare and assemble client-facing documents, including presentations, slide decks, letters, summaries, and renewal materials.
- Draft professional correspondence and communications on behalf of the account management team.
- Assist in organizing client and broker meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and track open items to ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Senior or Graduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished presence.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) to research, draft, and refine professional content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, remote position located in the United States.
- The internship is scheduled for 10-12 weeks, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
