About the role#
The Marketing Coordinator Intern will support the development and implementation of marketing communications aimed at optimizing the customer journey within Mortgage servicing. This role involves managing projects from initial concept through implementation, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing status reports for leadership. You will assist in bringing the company brand identity to life across email, website, print, and digital channels while ensuring consistent customer touchpoints.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Assist in the conception, execution, and oversight of marketing campaigns, projects, and workflows, including materials for print, social media, and email marketing.
- Generate comprehensive reports to determine project results, creative testing, and return on investment.
- Manage key marketing initiatives and assist with administrative support and research for special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications.
