As a Physical Therapist at Physical Rehabilitation Network, you will provide comprehensive care and rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. You will work within an outpatient orthopedic setting, focusing on personalized therapy programs for extremities, spine, and sports-related conditions.
What you'll do#
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
What you'll need#
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- CPR certification and any other relevant certifications required by state regulations.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
