The International Fellowship Program is a two-year opportunity that combines a Master of Science in Information Technology at TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts with hands-on professional experience. Participants will spend two years living and working in Germany, engaging in research and development projects while completing a master thesis in cooperation with the company. Upon successful completion of the program, fellows will transition into a full-time role at the US headquarters in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Enroll in a two-year master program in Information Technology starting October 2026.
- Work approximately 19 hours per week during academic semesters and 35 hours per week during breaks.
- Gain international professional experience by working with research and development teams in Germany.
- Participate in praxis experience across various business areas.
- Complete a master thesis in collaboration with the company.
- Engage in professional development through mentorship, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcripts required).
- Ability to obtain a US Passport.
- Willingness to live, learn, and work in Germany for at least two years.
- Must meet all eligibility requirements for a German Student Visa.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an intercultural environment.
- Knowledge of the German language is recommended.
