About the role#
This internship position involves working with subject matter experts in production and packaging to create effective training modules and learning assessments. You will help ensure operators gain the skills necessary to perform their duties within pharmaceutical operations. The role also includes training internal operations trainers on the materials you develop.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and establish learning objectives.
- Design and develop educational materials for various formats, including online, in-person, and blended learning environments.
- Use multimedia technology and creation tools to produce high-quality learning supports.
- Develop assessment criteria to measure course effectiveness and revise materials as needed.
- Train operations trainers on the learning materials you create.
What you'll need#
- Minimum of 2 years of studies in education, pharmaceutical sciences, health administration, public health, communications, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of French and functional proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Recognized talent as a trainer for adults.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively while handling multiple files.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with e-learning development software is required; video editing software skills are considered an asset.
