Data and Reporting Student Worker

About the role#

The Data and Reporting Student Worker role is a part-time, learning-focused position within the Customer Experience and Analytics team. This internship provides hands-on experience in report generation, data analysis, and the administration of analytics and survey platforms while supporting real business projects.

What you'll do#

• Assist in building, delivering, and maintaining customer reporting using Power BI.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to create clear, business-relevant summaries of findings.
• Learn and apply best practices in reporting, including data integrity, validation, and documentation.
• Support routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, preferably in Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with or interest in Power BI and basic data reporting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Interest in customer experience and marketing concepts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.

• Location: Houston, Texas.
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 29–35 hours per week.
• Modality: On-site.
