Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA)

About the role#

The Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) program is a student leadership initiative that serves as a bridge between Pearson and the university community. Ambassadors promote digital learning solutions and assist peers in succeeding academically while building professional skills in marketing, communication, and leadership.

What you'll do#

• Promote Pearson’s digital solutions by leading demos and presentations for students and faculty.
• Organize and host on-campus or virtual events to help students utilize digital learning tools.
• Serve as a resource for students by assisting with product registration, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Gather feedback from students through surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one conversations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Pearson teams to promote new and existing products and initiatives on campus.

What you'll need#

• Current full-time undergraduate student (freshman, sophomore, or junior) with at least one academic year remaining before graduation.
• Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week for one full academic year (two semesters).
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently to small and large groups.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently without daily supervision.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
