About the role#
Pearl West is looking for a TikTok Shop Intern to join our team in Vancouver. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you will help scale our e-commerce presence. You will work across content creation, live shopping, operations, and creator outreach. This position is open to students or graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.
What you'll do#
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok Shop.
- Co-host or solo-host TikTok Live shopping sessions, including setup and scripting.
- Manage product listings, including copy, pricing, and stock updates.
- Monitor daily orders and customer messages.
- Pull weekly performance reports to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Source and reach out to TikTok creators to manage affiliate relationships.
- Coordinate flash sales and manage creator onboarding.
What you'll need#
- A genuine love for TikTok and a strong understanding of current trends and the algorithm.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid written communication skills for professional outreach.
- A willingness to learn video editing and appear on camera.
- Ability to work full-time for a term of 4 to 8 months.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $20–$25 per hour.
- Term: Full-time, 4–8 months.
