Paystand is seeking a Marketing Programs Intern to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, including corporate events, partner marketing programs, and cross-functional campaigns. This role works closely with the Partner Marketing Manager to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations, project management, and pipeline-focused demand generation.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of major corporate events, including coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and on-site activation.
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives, including promotional activities and tracking program deliverables.
- Track project milestones to ensure deadlines are met across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Prepare status updates, project documentation, and post-event recaps.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes, workflows, and templates.
- Support event and program reporting by tracking attendance, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Utilize AI tools to improve planning, research, and workflow efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
- Interest in marketing, business, communications, or event management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software and tools; familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.
