As a Systems Analyst, you will join the Corporate IT team to provide first and second-level end-user support. You will be responsible for the end-to-end support experience, including managing the ticket desk and ensuring staff and contractors have the resources they need to remain productive and secure.
What you'll do#
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees and contractors.
- Manage the ticket desk independently by triaging, prioritizing, and resolving requests.
- Provision, set up, maintain, and repair workstations in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
- Engage with vendors and service providers, such as hardware manufacturers, to manage warranty claims and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain procedures for managing technology assets, including hardware and software licenses.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a comparable IT support role.
- A post-secondary degree in a technology-related area, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to determine when to escalate technical issues.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
