Operations Associate - Graduate Internship

About the role#

The Partly Repairer Ambassador Programme is a 3-month, full-time, paid internship designed for graduates seeking hands-on experience. This is a field-based role where you will act as the primary point of contact for repair shops, helping them integrate the Partly platform into their daily operations. You will spend the first 1-2 weeks in the London office for training before transitioning to regional field work.

What you'll do#

• Visit newly signed repair shops to onboard them to the Partly platform.
• Build and maintain authentic relationships with shop owners and parts managers.
• Identify and resolve barriers preventing shops from placing jobs through the platform.
• Assist repair shops in optimizing their parts procurement processes.
• Track repairer activity and provide feedback to the wider team to improve product and onboarding.

What you'll need#

• Recent graduate from university or mechanical engineering HND courses/apprenticeships.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to build trust with automotive professionals.
• Organized and self-directed work style.
• Comfortable working in automotive environments.
• Relevant majors include Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or Marketing.

Location & details#

• This is a remote, field-based role requiring travel within the UK.
• The internship is full-time for a 3-month term.
• The role is paid at £102 per day, with travel and accommodation costs covered.
