About the role#
The Partly Repairer Ambassador Programme is a 3-month, full-time internship designed for graduates who want hands-on experience in the automotive technology sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for repair shops, ensuring they are successfully onboarded to the Partly platform. This position involves significant field work across the UK, requiring you to visit customers regularly after an initial training period in London.
What you'll do#
- Visit newly signed repair shops to facilitate their onboarding and ramp-up on the platform.
- Identify and resolve barriers that prevent shops from placing orders.
- Assist repair shops in optimizing and streamlining their parts procurement processes.
- Track repairer activity and provide regular reports to the team.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with shop owners and parts managers.
- Provide feedback to the business to help improve product and onboarding processes.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduation from a university degree, mechanical engineering HND, or relevant apprenticeship.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with automotive professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Comfort working in automotive environments and an interest in the industry.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided).

- This is a remote, field-based role covering regions across the UK.
- The internship lasts for 3 months on a rolling start basis.
