Co-Op

About the role#

The Co-Op program provides students with broad knowledge of Papa John’s products, services, and production operations. You will learn how the business functions and how engineering work is executed while contributing to special projects and sharing new ideas. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Louisville, Kentucky.

What you'll do#

• Document product development revisions, including the tools and systems used.
• Set goals and objectives for your rotation with your assignment leader and schedule regular feedback sessions.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Assist the team with the development and execution of project ideas.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Data Science.
• Ability to develop an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience working cross-functionally on projects to build leadership and project management skills.
• Capability to record, analyze, and evaluate issues.
• Proficiency in creating reports on trends and data for root cause analyses.
• Exposure to the product development process and quality requirements.
