Director of Student Life

About the role#

Pacifica Christian High School is seeking a Director of Student Life to lead and strengthen the student experience. This role is responsible for overseeing student life programming, traditions, and events that support the school's mission. The Director works closely with academic, athletic, and arts leadership to foster a cohesive, mission-aligned student culture.

What you'll do#

• Oversee student life programming and all major student life events.
• Attend weekly Executive Council meetings.
• Coordinate student-led clubs and maintain student life equipment and supplies.
• Help develop new programs in areas such as Campus Life and Service Learning.
• Serve as an advisor to a cohort of students.
• Manage the student life budget and communicate event details to faculty, staff, and parents.
• Represent the school at admissions events and support school-wide activities.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Previous experience in youth ministries, educational leadership, or a related field.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must hold a valid CA Driver’s License.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and program development.
