About the role#
The Data Intelligence Intern will support the Operations team by analyzing technical and market data related to battery storage assets. This role involves building systems to translate complex energy data into actionable business intelligence while supporting maintenance processes and reporting requirements.
What you'll do#
- Produce various analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review operating data to support maintenance processes within Operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to gauge asset performance.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Analyze technical and market data to assist various teams.
- Work independently and with team members on administrative and analytical projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Associates degree program in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Science.
- Ability to interpret engineering design drawings, vendor equipment drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment.
- Physical ability to work at a computer for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
