About the role#
As a Product Designer (UX/UI) Student, you will support the team in conceptualizing and designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications. You will report to the Director of Digital UX Design and work within an agile environment to advocate for user experience across platforms.
What you'll do#
- Support the UX product design process, including journey mapping, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping.
- Assist in the execution and measurement of UX/UI optimization tests.
- Ensure all branding elements remain consistent across platforms.
- Support accessible design principles and maintain AODA/WCAG compliance.
- Advocate for good user experience across teams and platforms.
What you'll need#
- Interest in product design, user experience, design management, psychology, and human-computer interactions.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete designs.
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills to collaborate on ideas and share designs.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Employment type: Full-time student position.
- Compensation: $18.50 - $28.50 per hour.
