The Student Information Specialist at Pioneer Trail Middle School manages student registration and maintains accurate computerized records. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the building administrator and requires an 8-hour workday over a 210-day annual calendar.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of master class schedules.
- Maintain and organize electronic and manual student files and records.
- Update student enrollments, transcripts, and withdrawals within the information system database.
- Prepare standardized reports and documents.
- Research and verify student record discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Inform staff regarding student course requirement deficiencies.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience in an office setting and experience with data entry software are preferred.
- Ability to perform light work, including sitting for 80% of the day and lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally.

- Compensation: $15.45 per hour.
- Requirements: Successful completion of a background clearance, physical, and TB test.
