This is an entry-level developmental role at OESL-Automotive designed for students interested in manufacturing and engineering. You will support the Manufacturing Engineering department with project management, production and maintenance support, and industrial engineering activities. This position does not involve operating machinery, performing maintenance repairs, driving powered equipment, or completing hazardous tasks.
What you'll do#
- Update project trackers and action lists.
- Organize engineering and maintenance documentation.
- Support 6S and visual management activities.
- Assist with data collection, data entry, and simple reporting.
- Maintain production, maintenance, and industrial engineering records.
- Support low-risk continuous improvement activities under supervision.
What you'll need#
- Interest in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong organization skills and reliability.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety requirements.
- Prior exposure to school, shop, STEM, or technical classes is preferred.
