This internship focuses on a mix of Power Platform development and IT systems administration. You will spend approximately 60% of your time building business solutions using Microsoft tools and 40% providing technical support to the organization.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Build and maintain cloud and desktop Power Automate flows.
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide business insights.
- Integrate SharePoint and Dataverse, and manage data pipelines using SQL, APIs, and flat files.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning and permissions.
- Support Intune and device management workflows.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and software issues.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as internal audits.
- Document solutions and build reusable templates and standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to design and develop Power Apps.
- Experience creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards.
- Proficiency in providing Tier 1 support for desktops and applications.
- Experience supporting Intune and device management workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
