    About the role#

    The Program Analyst (Skillbridge Internship) supports the Program Management department by analyzing account transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. This role involves managing program funding and expenditures, preparing management reports, and resolving discrepancies in billings and payments. You will report to the Program Finance Director and interface with internal teams, government customers, and project performers while supporting a portfolio of active projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Track and maintain the financial impacts of agreement awards and modifications within an assigned Other Transaction Agreement program.
    • Validate the accuracy of financial data to maintain audit readiness.
    • Submit invoices in accordance with OT agreements and milestone payment schedules.
    • Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
    • Interface with customers and internal teams to manage program funding receipt and availability.
    • Execute data entry actions within internal financial systems and maintain organized records.
    • Serve as a financial liaison to troubleshoot performer and government inquiries.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Active TS/SCI clearance.
    • 1+ years of financial, accounting, or contracting experience with federal contracts.
    • Demonstrated understanding of government financial and accounting practices.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal financial systems.
