About the role#
The Fulfillment Intern supports the daily operations of the warehouse by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role focuses on inventory management, shipping logistics, and maintaining high standards of quality control to meet customer expectations. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Manage orders for the Remote Health Solutions service, verifying accuracy and preparing products for shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure consistent availability.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including selecting shipping methods, preparing labels, and working with carriers.
- Conduct quality checks on all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with standards.
- Communicate order status, tracking information, and any potential delays to internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all order transactions and inventory activities.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management or inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
