About the role#

Nous Group is seeking expressions of interest for internship opportunities in Toronto and Vancouver. This role involves working across cross-disciplinary teams to deliver projects that provide innovative solutions for businesses, governments, and communities. This is a paid, full-time position offered on a rolling basis.

What you'll do#

• Engage with clients and their stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to inform project outcomes.
• Prepare deliverables that distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated prior work experience in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to think, write, and present information in a logical and structured manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate uncertain environments with both clients and colleagues.
• Academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Political Science.
