2026 Associate Business Management Analyst

About the role#

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Business Management Analyst to join the Armament Systems Operating Unit. This position is based in the Defense Systems Sector and focuses on both general accounting and financial analysis. The role requires an organized, schedule-driven individual who can manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

What you'll do#

• Prepare program cost analyses by collaborating with program teams to gather information and communicate results to management.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports covering sales, accounts receivable, labor, orders, and plant indirect costs.
• Support the preparation of monthly operational review packages.
• Prepare journal entries to assist with monthly closing processes.
• Update financial cost systems for project setups, contract values, and other related items.
• Work with support functions and operations staff to address program needs.

What you'll need#

• Completion of or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives as an Employee Possessor.
• Must pass Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RAAP) badging requirements, including a background check and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license.
