About the role#

NLB Corp. is offering a Summer 2026 internship program designed to provide students with hands-on, high-impact experience in the machinery manufacturing industry. Interns are placed in departments including Accounting, Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, and Marketing to work on meaningful business challenges. This program offers mentorship, professional development, and exposure to various career paths within the organization.

What you'll do#

• Work on real company projects that have direct impact.

• Develop technical and professional skills aligned with your field of study.
• Participate in problem-solving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present your summer accomplishments or project outcomes at the end of the program.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in fields such as Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• A curious and motivated mindset, ready to take on real responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with an interest in learning and collaborating.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in Accounting, Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, or Marketing.

• Physical requirements: The role involves frequent sitting and handling, with occasional walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 10 lbs. The ability to wear personal protective equipment (eye, hearing, and steel-toe shoe protection) is required.
