Nightingale Education Group is seeking a part-time Recruiting Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This is a paid, temporary position requiring approximately 20 to 30 hours per week. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, and the full recruitment lifecycle within the higher education sector.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and meet current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Screen prospective candidates and manage the submission process.
- Schedule interviews and screens for hiring managers and talent acquisition team members.
- Extend job offers through the applicant tracking system and initiate background checks and drug screens.
- Provide weekly summary reports to function leaders regarding active requisitions.
- Participate in intake meetings and manage a small load of active requisitions as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems and various communication tools including email, SMS, phone, and video conferencing.
Location & details#
- This role is remote, though all new hires must attend a New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah (travel and lodging provided).
- This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $25 per hour.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
