About the role#
NiCE is seeking an intern to join the Project Management team within the Compliance business. This role supports the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic customer and internal projects. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers to gain hands-on exposure to project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Participate in customer and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze project workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Health, Human Resources, Operations Management, or Psychology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort facilitating discussions and documenting project outcomes.
