    About the role#

    Nexthire is seeking an HR Intern to support the recruitment team. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and people operations within a growing organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing through to onboarding.
    • Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, and company pages to engage with potential candidates.
    • Conduct candidate screenings, preliminary interviews, and evaluations.
    • Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
    • Gain practical exposure to account management and general people operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Open to all graduates regardless of specialization; degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration are preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • An analytical approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn.
    • A self-driven and adaptable mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
