Nexthire is seeking an HR Intern to support the recruitment team. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and people operations within a growing organization.
What you'll do#
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing through to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, and company pages to engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings, preliminary interviews, and evaluations.
- Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
- Gain practical exposure to account management and general people operations.
What you'll need#
- Open to all graduates regardless of specialization; degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn.
- A self-driven and adaptable mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
