Accounting & Finance Internship

About the role#

The Accounting & Finance Internship provides students with hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting within the LNG industry. This full-time, paid position offers exposure to both daily operations and strategic initiatives, helping interns understand how financial data drives decision-making.

What you'll do#

• Support journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Develop financial reports and conduct variance analyses.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Research accounting standards and support audit readiness.
• Analyze operational or capital expenditures for leadership reporting.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2027 and December 2028.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new financial systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
